Connor is a 10-year-old boy from Ocean County, who was diagnosed with a life-threatening seizer disorder. He loves playing video games - especially Super Smash Brothers, the New York Football Giants and Eli Manning. When Make-A-Wish volunteers visited Connor and his family, they asked him the one magical question, "If you could have one wish, what would it be?" He wished to stay at the Nickelodeon Resort and visit Universal Studios because he loves Nickelodeon! This spring, Connor's wish will come true when he and his family are whisked away to sunny Orlando, Florida!
Thanks to everyone who supported Skate for Wishes, Connor was given this wonderful opportunity to get away with his family to create lasting memories!

In 2012, our fundraising efforts helped fund Cara's Wish to go to Hawaii!
Here is a little more about her wish:
Cara is a ninteen-year-old girl, who was diagnosed with Lymphoid Leukemia. She enjoys watching her favorite television shows - "Survivor" and "Keeping Up With the Kardashians", playing Scrabble, going shopping, and listening to Taylor Swift. When Make-A-Wish volunteers visited with Cara and her family, they asked her that magical question, "If you could have one wish, what would it be?" She wanted to go to Hawaii because she has always wanted to climb a volcano, visit the islands and go snorkeling.
Last winter, Cara and her family were whisked away to Honolulu, where they stayed at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa. While Staying in Hawaii, Cara was able to take a sunset dinner cruise around the island, go snorkeling, see the volcanos and attend a tropical luau.
